3Kg crushed Distillers Malt. 1Kg crushed Corn. 2Kg Flacked Rye. 30Ltr Water.. Vodka Yeast.
Heat 10Ltrs of water to 74 Degrees centigrade. Then pour into A insolated container. add Your dry ingredients slowly whilst mixing preventing any clumping. Once you have Mixed in dry ingredients CHECK Temperature You Will need to Be between 62 AND 66 Degrees centigrade. if temp is out of this range simply add hot or cold water and stir. cover your mash and leave to sit for 30 mins. after this time stir the mash check temp is still in range ( between 62 AND 66 Degrees centigrade ) Again if temp is out of this range simply add hot or cold water and stir. cover your mash and leave to sit for another 30 mins. now all that’s left is pour mash into fermenter filtering out the grain. add the reminder of your water getting your the temp of your mash to about 25 Degrees centigrade. Hydrate your yeast in a bowl with a small amount of your mash. in about 15mins your yeast will have a foam on top Pour the yeast into the mash.. Leave to ferment out
